I believe in the health benefits of raw, full-fat grass-fed dairy products.

Choose full-fat, grass-fed and raw or low-temperature pasteurized dairy whenever possible. Raw is best, but if you can't find raw, get grass-fed.

If you are allergic to dairy, most people who are lactose-intolerant can actually recover and reverse allergies by consuming raw dairy. This is because the good bacteria in raw milk secrete the enzyme LACTASE which is what helps you digest LACTOSE.

If you are casein-intolerant, it's a longer process but most people can reverse dairy allergies over time.

If you can't find raw milk where you live, you can usually find aged raw milk cheese.
