This recipe is so fast and easy. And your family is going to love it! My family devours these ribs. They go great with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
The first time I made this recipe I used a spice rub, which required letting the ribs sit overnight in the fridge. Honestly, I didn’t think it made that much of a difference. The rib didn’t taste that much better with the spice rub. If anything, it made the ribs too spicy and my daughter didn’t like them. I think my simplified version of the recipe is a lot easier and doesn’t compromise anything in taste.
This recipe is extremely easy because we are using bottled BBQ sauce. I only recommend organic BBQ sauce. I love this brand of organic BBQ sauce — I’m from Texas and this stuff is the real deal. Way better tasting than other brands of organic BBQ sauce!
You can also make your own BBQ sauce if you like. Here’s my easy recipe for homemade BBQ sauce.
I ONLY recommend using an Instant Pot pressure cooker to make BBQ ribs, as opposed to other brands of pressure cookers. The Instant Pot has a stainless steel inner bowl, so you’re not exposing the food to Teflon, which adds fluoride to the food.
