Order the Patches You Want
How to decide what to get? For everyone, I say start with the x39 patch and then add on other patches depending on your specific issues.
Personally, I like to use what we call the Fantastic Five every day: (1) X39 (2) X49 (3) Aeon (4) Carnosine (5) Glutathione.
In addition to the Fantastic Five, I wear the Alavida to bed. And I cannot live without the Alavida skincare line. Love it!
However, if the Fantastic Five is out of your budget, many people just start with X39 and X49 or even just X39 if that is all they can afford. You can always add more patches later to your regimen.

Here's a list of the different patches (plus the skincare) to help you decide what to order..
X39 & X49 - Most people start with the x39 patch. It is the fundamental patch everyone should wear. I also highly recommend the X49 patch to go along with it, if you can afford both.

I wear my Alavida patch on my forehead at night (you can also put on the base of your neck) and then I stick it to the edge of my bathroom mirror the next morning and reuse it the next night.

Step Four
Learn How to Wear the Patches
Wear the patches for 12 hours, then remove for 12 hours at night. (Dispose the patch after one use. You can also put the used patches on a pet.)
- Apply to clean, dry skin.
- Wear 12 hours on, then 12 hours off to repair and rejuvenate.
- After 12 hours of use, remove patch and throw away – or tape it onto your pet's collar. Pets are smaller and can benefit from next-day patches.
- Put on a new patch the next day and repeat.
- Drink PLENTY of water throughout the day. Dehydration can cause the patches to not work as well. Add a pinch of sea salt or electrolytes to your water to improve hydration.
- The patches are waterproof so you can wear during bathing and swimming.
- Most patches are worn during the day, but some can be worn at night . Silent Nights and Alavida are night time only. Aeon, Carnosine and Ice Wave can be worn day or night.

Keep Track of Your Results
It's a good idea to write down what you are experiencing when you start on the patches.
Some people experience results within a few minutes, some people days, but many people won't experience anything for weeks or even months.
We recommend that people make a commitment to stay on the patches for a minimum of one year.
