I’m writing this post today to ask for your help. I tried to write this post a week ago and I literally could not get the words out.  

If I don't get help, I have to quit blogging. I am almost out of gas. I'll explain below...

Asking for Help is Not Easy for Me

First of all, I have to say, I am not the type to ask for help. I put myself through college; I still have the student loans outstanding to prove it.  

I took care of myself from the time I was seven or eight years old. I wore a key around my neck and let myself in after school. I made Hamburger Helper for dinner when my mom had to work late.

I'm Gen X, OK? Maybe some of you can relate.

Let me be clear: it wasn't my mom or my dad's fault. I don't blame them. They were the victims of their generation.

The "DS" as we call them was deliberately trying to destroy the nuclear family. What they didn't know was in the process, super soldiers were created.

That would be us, Generation X. We can withstand any amount of sh*t you throw at us because our whole lives have been like this.

I don't regret anything. The struggles I experienced as a child made me into the person I am today. I'm very strong and can handle most anything.

But I have reached my breaking point.

And as I always say: Breakdowns lead to breakthroughs.

In Trouble with Big Tech

So I’m having a lot of trouble these days because my blog and my social media have been so viciously attacked by Big Tech.

I have been de-platformed, banned, and shadow-banned, and censored by literally every platform.

Why was I being censored?

Two reasons: (1) I questioned Big Pharma & quackzines and (2) I came out as a conservative.

I was a liberal Democrat for 30 years of my life (since I voted the first time at age 18). I left the left in 2016 and voted for a Republican for the first time ever.

I voted for Ross Perot against Bill Clinton in 1992. Because NAFTA! And turned out I was right about that. But yeah, Perot was an Independent, wasn't he?

Anyway, I never had any trouble with censorship prior to my move to the right.

And for those of you out there who think it's OK to censor Republicans, honestly? I mean really? How would this ever be OK? How do we live in a free democratic republic if both sides are not able to communicate freely?

And do NOT start with the whole "it's a private business; they can do what they want". If you can't see that Big Tech is a total monopoly in bed with the government, I just don't know what else to say to you.

Big Tech Censorship Timeline

Here's a timeline of the censorship (keep in mind, this all happened AFTER my blog network business was destroyed in 2014 and I worked diligently from 2016-2019 to rebuild my blog from zero income back up to making money again):

2019 - Google buried my blog in search results and I lost 90% of my income
2019 - Pinterest banned my links, calling them "spam"
2018 - Facebook started repeatedly throwing me in jail for posting anything questioning pharma & quackzines
2020 - Facebook and Instagram marked all my blog links as "spam" – so no one could share my articles and recipes.
2020 - Facebook ban – lost my account with 5,000 friends and 13 years of memories; lost my two pages with 250,000 followers  
2020 - Total Instagram ban for sharing a link about the Hunter Biden laptop just before the election (which of course, all turned out to be true)
2021 - Deplatformed by Patreon (This happened after I posted about attending a Clay Clark event – that was all I had posted on Patreon so I think that's why I lost my account. Can you imagine losing a platform just for saying you went to a conference?)
2021 - Ads cut off by Mediavine – since I had lost all my traffic
2021 - Amazon cut me off as an affiliate, claiming that I was spamming my links. Not sure what they meant by this.  I never spammed any links. I think this was just an excuse. I have been an Amazon affiliate for 15 years, and an Amazon Prime member for 25 years.
2021 - I ended up having to move my whole blog (800 blog posts) and start a new domain (from Cheeseslave.com to AnnMarieMichaels.com)  – and that's why I'm totally buried in search. I have to go back and clean up all my posts to get them to rank again.
2022 - I tried to sign up again as an Amazon affiliate to make money from my blog, and they refused me, using the same excuse.
2022 - I am heavily shadow banned on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. I'm in the process of setting up new accounts on those platforms.

They Cut Off Almost All My Income

I tell you all this not to ask for your sympathy but to explain that I rely on search engines and social media platforms for traffic to my blog.

Big Tech systematically destroyed my business. Without traffic, I can’t make money to be able to continue blogging.

I took two years off since March 2022 help assist as a digital soldier in the Great Awakening.

I have no regrets about that. I know I was born to do that. It’s not a coincidence I was born on the Fourth of July

I would do it all over again. Even though I lost all my income have almost lost my business and lost most of my family and friends.

I come from a long line of freedom fighters traced all the way back to Catholic patriots defending sovereignty, human rights and private property in the 1500s.

And before that, my blood goes all the way back to the Basque country, which I believe goes back to Atlantis, the original sovereign community on earth. (But that's a whole 'nother ball of wax – I'm working on a video on it which I will finish if I get to keep blogging.)

We’ve been fighting for thousands of years. My ancestors gave up everything to fight for me and my children.

And that is why I am fighting for my children and my children’s children. It is my duty.

My Current Situation

That said, I’m going to have to quit blogging if I can't start making money again.

I only have a few hundred dollars in my bank account and I’m putting my business expenses on my credit card. I only have one credit card, and it only has a few thousand dollar limit. So I really am down to the wire.

If I don't figure out a way to bring some money in soon to start helping with the bills around here,  I just can't keep going. I have been looking for a job but haven't found anything. I just can't do blogging, and being a full-time mom with two young kids, and also hold down a job.

And this is why I’m asking for your help.

I Never Stopped Telling The Truth

I've been blogging about food, health and politics since 2007. I've always told the truth, unabashedly. If I wanted to continue lying, I would have stayed in corporate advertising.

Most of the other health food bloggers and content creators out there kept their mouths shut so that they could keep their audience and keep getting paid. I understand. People need to support their families.

But there comes a time, as Alec Baldwin says in Glengarry Glen Ross, "It's f*ck or walk."

I knew my children wouldn't have a world to grow up in if I didn't do everything I could to help wake people up.

So I didn’t stay silent. I spoke out very publicly from the beginning because I wanted people to know the truth. I knew that if I helped save lives, even one life, from preventing people from taking the quackzine bioweapon, then it was worth it.

Sadly, most people did not listen to me. But I know I did impact some lives.

I have no regrets. I felt that I was called to do what I did, even though it has caused me and my family a world of pain.

But I would do it all over again if I had to. Because it was the right thing to do. And the right thing is not always the easy or comfortable thing.

Anyway, I don't make some money soon, as I said, I will have to shut this blog down and get a job.

I have so much I want to share about health and helping people make money online... And I really feel like the best really is yet to come.

I feel like we are on the verge of a Renaissance of natural health and I think I’m supposed to be part of that...

So the last thing I want to do right now is quit.

It's A Wonderful Life

I don’t have much longer.

I am hoping for the best and envisioning the best.

I do believe God will find away because he is the way-maker and I trust in Him completely.

That said, I also know that I can’t just wait for manna from heaven to drop from the sky.

I know that in this world when we need help, we need to ask for it, just like in the movie It's A Wonderful Life.  

Remember the scene when everyone was pulling their money out of the bank and it would have caused the bank to go under and let the evil, selfish Mr. Potter take over and destroy Bedford Falls and turn it into a hell hole?

And George Bailey, played by Jimmy Stewart asked all the bank customers to just take out as little as they could get by on right now... and they did and they saved the bank.
