Finally On the Road to Recovery
As I often say to my son when I pick him up from school: "Do you want the good news or the bad news?"
He usually says, "Bad news."
I can hear him thinking, Just get it over with.
The Bad News
Okay, so here's the bad news: I've been sick again, for the past week.
I recovered just after Thanksgiving, and then I relapsed.
It turns out that I've been very sick for almost a year now.
And I didn't even know how sick I was.
The Good News
Here is the good news – and it is very good news: I finally figured out what has been making me sick. And it's easy to fix.
And yeah, that makes it all worth it. In fact, in some ways, it's really good that I went through this because I will be able to use it to help others.
How I Got Sick
Here's what happened... here's the short version...
Divorce, Moving
As many of you know, my husband divorced me in 2022. He took the house (don't ask how he did that – I'll explain in a future update, and no it was not fair) and I was forced to move into a rental home.
I spent the Christmas of 2022 packing and moving.
Just as I was finally starting to get settled in my new rental home last fall, getting my office set up, just before Thanksgiving of 2023, my landlords sent me an email saying they would not be extending my lease.
They said they needed me out of the house by early January, 2024. So I spent another Christmas (in 2023) packing and moving.
Yeah, classy of them, huh?
So anyway, I moved into this rental house this past January. I didn't notice that I was starting to get sick until the spring.

Help Support Me & My Work
I was completely de-platformed on Google in the summer of 2019, banned on Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram in 2020, and taken off Twitter in 2021. I have lost 90% of my income. My husband divorced me in 2022 which is when I lost my home, and I have two kids to support. Everything helps!
