Fall Down 7 Times, Stand Up 8
Enters confessional.
"Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned. It has been 2 months since my last blog post."
The fact is, I have been unable to blog because what I have been going through has been so painful and hard.
I'm writing this blog post to get back on the horse.
Fall Down 7 Times, Stand Up 8
You know those times when life smacks you in the face and it takes you a couple of weeks, or months, to get back up again?
That just happened to me. Again. Right in the face. It hit me so hard, I didn't know if I could get back up again.
I keep thinking about that Japanese proverb, Fall down seven times, stand up eight. I keep thinking, if I can just get up again, I can make it to the finish line.
But standing up gets harder and harder every time you get knocked down.
The first time you fall down, it isn't so bad. The second, third, fourth and fifth times... you can get back up.
But when you get to the sixth and seventh times, it's almost impossible to get your breath.
I got knocked down again this summer, just as I was getting everything ready to relaunch my business in earnest.
Can you say PTSD?
Oh Woe is Me
The past few years I have been living through the hardest time of my life.
I've been through a whole lot of tough times in my life... let me count the ways...
By the way, I'm not making this list to complain... I'm making it to put things in perspective for myself. I also think these things have made me a total (excuse the French) bad ass.
So I'm grateful for my difficult life. If things had been easy, I wouldn't be so tough. Thanks, God. You created a warrior.
Here's my list of lifelong challenges:
- Grew up with an alcoholic father who was gone a lot, working, and a mother who worked long hours outside of the home. Thanks, women's "liberation" – I guess? Now both parents had to work and pay taxes. And who was watching the kids?
- Went to high school in the 80s. Back then, we were surrounded by drugs, sex, etc. It was in the movies and TV shows we watched, at school, everywhere. Parents had no clue what was happening. We stopped going to church so we weren't being taught anything about morality.
- My father quit drinking when I was 18. Stayed sober the rest of his life. Hero.
- Parents got divorced when I was 19. That's what often happens when people get sober and turn their lives to God. Turning to God is what is always necessary, but never popular.
- Racked up $40K in student loans to finish college. Loans I still haven't been able to pay back. Every time I started to get ahead, I got struck down.
- As much as I wanted to get married and have children, I couldn't find a husband. I'm obviously not your average girl. I have an above-average IQ. And all the smart men I dated wanted to get advanced degrees and didn't want to get married until they were in their 30s. Why get buy the milk when you can get the cow for free, as my father used to say. He was right. He had a favorite t-shirt he wore the year before he died that said, "Of course I'm right. I'm Bob."
- Got married at age 27, divorced at 33, when I found out my first husband was cheating on me the entire time... before we even got engaged. Like I said, turning your life to God is always necessary. We just didn't know it back then. And now after what I've been through, I don't even think God is enough. I think we need the One True God, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. That guy was a Buddhist, but Buddhists don't really have any commandments they follow. They just "avoid attachment." Doesn't really keep you from cheating.
- At age 39, I started a blog and got pregnant with my daughter. Her father didn't ask me to marry him – but he did allow me to move in with him. I should have known then...
- At age 40, I built my first business (a health blog network) from zero to a million dollars in revenue in 5 years.
- The following year, in 2014, our blog network got taken down by the corrupt, unelected 3-letter agencies; we went from $80K /month to $10K/month overnight.
- In 2017, I came back to Christianity, and that is when I started to see how skewed the world is against Christians. The hatred and prejudice is mind-blowing.
- In 2018, I came back to Catholicism (I was a cradle Catholic; my parents were both Catholic and I was named after a nun, Sister Ann Marie, my father's favorite teacher, and the principal of his Catholic school). The prejudice and hate I experienced as a Christian was nothing compared to being a Catholic. Apparently everyone hates the Catholics – even the Protestants.
- In 2018, we also got hacked and lost our life savings. I think that happened right after I came back to the church. Coincidence?
- In the summer of 2019, at age 51, I was de-platformed by Big Tech and I lost 95% of my income from my blog. Couldn't pay my student loans or credit cards.
So yeah, it's obvious that my life hasn't been a walk in the park. But nothing compares to the last few years.
From 2021 until now, what I have been experiencing is worse than everything I just listed above. I mean the past few years have been worse than all of that combined.
Suffice it to say, it's been a supremely crappy few years.
Censored
But I can't talk about what is happening to me because I am under a gag order.
In addition to that, I'm censored everywhere online. I'm banned and/or shadow-banned on every platform. So no one can see me.
I can't even get on Facebook at all. Like not even with a VPN. Not even with a burner phone.
I know, that's crazy, right? But I literally cannot get on. I'm on a very special list.
And just this past week, I figured out why I can't get on Facebook.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton just announced that they got a whopping $1.4 billion settlement from Meta for it's unauthorized capture of personal biometric data.
Anyway, that's how they were banning me and preventing me from getting back on Facebook and Instagram. They were using facial recognition.
I don't know if I'll see any of that money. I hope so. But it's not clear who will be paid. If anyone deserves some of that money, it's me. That's for damn sure.
Law & Order is Dead
Our Constitution is supposed to protect our freedom of speech. It's the first amendment for a reason – because it underpins everything else.
But right now, the courts are so corrupt, that isn't happening.
We are living in a clown-show-upside-down world. Nothing makes sense.
This past summer I learned the truth: lawyers and judges actually stand in the way of protecting our constitutional rights.
Yes, all lawyers and judges. Not just the "corrupt" ones.
All of them.
The Medical Industrial Complex
Remember when we got scammed by the COVID hoax in 2020, and we were coerced to wear face masks, stand 6 feet apart, close our businesses, and yank our kids out of school?
Not only that, but then we were manipulated into taking a shot that not only doesn't work, but also injures, disables and kills people?
That was when we woke up to the fact that the Medical Industrial Complex is a front to keep us in the dark, and actually prevents us from getting healthy.
Here's how it works:
- Doctors and nurses are controlled by Big Pharma
- Insurance companies are also controlled by Big Pharma.
- Big Pharma is controlled by the Deep State
It's all one big scam to keep us sick and in debt.
The Legal System is Just as Corrupt
Well, guess what? The legal system works the exact same way.
Lawyers and judges are just like doctors and nurses. They make exorbitant amounts of money, while keeping us in the dark and preventing us from getting justice.
Here's how I woke up to the scam and realized that it's the same con...
Last fall, I had the strong intuition that I needed to attend two conferences this year in 2024. What I learned from these two conferences was this... the way they trick us is by sleight of hand.
Whether it's paying taxes, inflation, interest on credit cards, student loans, mortgages... it's all the same game.
They get us to sign a contract, and that contract always has fine print and loopholes.
The contract gets us to sign away our rights. Rights that were given to us by God.
These are God-given rights that, according to our United States Constitution, are inalienable.
Meaning they can never be taken away.
Income Tax is Unconstitutional & Therefore, Voluntary
For example, did you know that paying federal income taxes is unconstitutional?
It's true. When you sign the tax form, you are basically perjuring yourself. You're saying, if I make a mistake filling out this tax form, I can be criminally prosecuted.
This is a violation of our right to the 5th amendment. The 5th amendment states that we are protected against incriminating ourselves.
Did you know that this has actually been proven in court and the court ruled that income tax must be voluntary?
Because if it were mandatory, it would violate our constitutional rights. Which is literally against the law.
I want to finish this blog post and don't want to go look for that case law... It is so freaking buried by Google, it's unreal. It would take me too much time to go and dig it up.
But I do promise to show it to you – and a lot more – in upcoming blog posts.

The US Constitution Supersedes All Other Laws
The other thing I learned is that the US Constitution is the basis of our legal system and it supersedes all other laws.
Meaning: no law or mandate is above the Constitution.
So for example, let's take censorship.
Do people have the right to censor a United States citizen? Absolutely not. Never. It violates our first amendment.
It doesn't matter what the "Terms of Service" are at Twitter or Google or Facebook. It doesn't matter what they consider "hate speech."
They have no right to censor your speech. Because they formed a corporation that is operating in the United States of America, where our Constitution protects us.
The fact of the matter is, all speech is protected by our Constitution – except for obscenity and inciting violence.
Hate Speech is Protected
Yes, hate speech is fully protected. Even Google has to admit this.
So what about the argument, "People can do what they want. It's a private company."
Not true.
Here's the counter argument: Let's say you want to start a deli. And you decide you want to employ slaves that will make the sandwiches. Can you do that?
No. Of course not. This is America. People have the right to not be enslaved. The 13th amendment.
Why Is This Happening?
So if I'm right, and I know that I am... if it's illegal to censor people, then how the heck are they getting away with all of this?
If it's voluntary to pay income tax, why are we still paying our taxes?
Why are people getting censored left and right?
Why is there no justice in the justice system?
It's all due to lawyers and judges who are literally standing in the way of We the People getting justice.
Just like doctors and nurses literally prevent you from staying healthy, and they get rich off of it, lawyers and judges get rich off of protracted legal battles.
They are not paid to help you win.
How I Stay So Healthy
I have avoided doctors and hospitals for decades now, because I know I can heal myself of most things.
And, at 56 years old, I'm one of the healthiest people I know:
- I'm not on any medications
- I hardly take any supplements
- I have a normal weight and BMI
- I have no signs of degenerative disease – no heart disease, diabetes, never had cancer, nothing
- I almost never get sick
- I almost never get cavities (I used to all the time before I started eating better and avoiding doctors)
- I look very young for my age; people are usually surprised when I tell them how old I am
- I don't eat a restrictive diet; I literally eat what I want when I want, including gluten, grains, milk, butter, sugar, cream... and drinking coffee every morning and wine every evening (in fact, this summer I've been eating a lot of fast food but that's a longer story I'll explain later, once I get that gag order lifted)
One of the main reasons I'm so healthy is I avoid doctors like the plague.
I figured out decades ago that it was the vaccines they gave me in college that caused my Rheumatoid Arthritis and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. And I figured out how to cure it.
Here's my post on How I Cured My Rheumatoid Arthritis.
How to Get Justice: Avoid Lawyers & Hold Judges to the Constitution
I found out this summer that there is a way to win in court 99.7% of the time. I learned this from a couple named Jack & Margy Flynn.
Yes, that is their victory record (99.7%) after fighting legal battles for the past 70 years.
And don't try to search for them on Google because their website is buried, just like that case law proving that income tax is voluntary.
You have to use Yandex to find them. Which is how you know they are legit. If someone is buried on Google, I know they are telling the truth.
According to Jack & Margy, you have to two things:
- Never hire a lawyer to defend you in court. Just like I rarely ever go to doctors. Just like doctors make money off keeping you sick, lawyers make money off your legal battles. And they get paid by the hour. So the longer it gets drawn out, the more money you lose, and the more money they make. Doctors aren't in business to keep you healthy and lawyers aren't in business to help you win your case.
- You have to hold judges and opposing counsel (lawyers) to the oath of office, the oath they swore to defend the Constitution of the United States. By law, they have to defend your constitutional rights and cannot violate them. If they violate the Constitution, you have the right to have them removed from office.
Stay Tuned for More
