This might be one of the most important blog posts I've ever written, after 16 years of blogging. In fact, yes, I think I can safely say that. It's that YUGE.
The good news: We can go back to eating bread, eating sugar, and drinking wine. Woo hoo! No more restrictive low-carb keto, paleo or vegan diets! Yes, you still want to eat a balanced diet of good food, but you won't have to crazy anymore. Because the food we are eating is not the root cause of our problems.
The bad news: We are swimming in carcinogenic poison death-ray frequencies 24/7 which is making us tired, bald and literally turning us into beached whales.
I know, this sounds crazy and yes I know 5G is scary... But don't fret, I have very good news coming at the end of the post... news that will cancel this all out and make you want to go on living. And, no, this doesn't involve moving to a tropical island or becoming Amish.

The night before last I was reading The Invisible Rainbow and it hit me like a ton of bricks.
It's not the carbs that are making us fat. It's got nothing to do with what we eat or how much we exercise.
It's the EMFs: electromagnetic frequencies.
And EMFs are also causing cancer, heart disease, strokes, and yeah, even the common cold and flu.
The Invisible Rainbow
You think I'm making this shiz up? I am not.
You have to read the book, The Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenberg.
Mind-blowing, ya'll, from start to finish!
In this blog post, we're going to do a deep dive into chapter 12 of The Invisible Rainbow, The Transformation of Diabetes.
I Can't Breathe
Before I delve into the chapter on diabetes, let's start by spelling out the hypothesis: What if it is fundamentally a lack of oxygen in our cells that is causing diabetes and obesity?
Not to mention literally all the other forms of disease?
Wasn't there a connection with oxygen helping to reverse cancer? Yep... here's just one example: Low oxygen levels could drive cancer growth.
I posted this on Telegram the other day: "This woman was right on the money. Four years ago to the day."
When I reread that Facebook post from 4 years ago, I immediately thought of the mantra of 2020:
“I can’t breathe.” — George Floyd
It's especially interesting because she posted that on Facebook 3 months before George Floyd uttered those words.
Even before the crazy masking started.
Remember, those genocidal psychopaths who rule the world always tell us what they are doing to us.
The George Floyd quote, "I can't breathe," is funny to them. A joke at our expense.
Hebrew for Subdue
It actually goes much deeper than that.
If you go back to ancient Sumeria, the pagan demon goddess, Inanna, is always shown with her foot on the back of a lion.
And of course, the lion is the symbol of Christians, or Jesus, as in the Lion of Judah.
Just take a gander at the word "subdue" in Hebrew, from my absolute favorite Hebrew dictionary by Jeff A. Benner:
"The word subdue in Genesis 1:28 is the Hebrew verb kavash meaning to subdue but, it is important to have the "full" picture of a Hebrew word as "subdue" is very limited in its ability to describe the Hebrew.
The noun form of this word is kevesh and means "a footstool," a place where one places the foot. The verb kavash literally means to place your foot on the neck of your conquered enemy signifying a submission of the enemy to his defeater.
Figuratively this verb means to bring a people or nation into submission (Num 32:29). This word can also mean to bring into control (Mic 7:19). Incidentally, this is the same word we use today such as in "put the kabash on it" meaning to make an end of something or to "subdue" it."
Ah, but I digress. I can't help it! When you wake up to it, the symbolism is everywhere.
Anyway, let's get back to obesity and diabetes...
Electrification and Diabetes
Let's dig into a little bit of The Invisible Rainbow, Chapter 12 on diabetes...
Did you know diabetes is a modern disease? It was extremely rare prior to the 20th century.
In The Invisible Rainbow, the author, Arthur Firstenberg explains that sugar is not the cause of diabetes. How does he prove that? By looking at actual data.
Come take a walk with me... I'll show you...
And yes, we're gonna get into some science, but you're gonna be happy when it's over because you will be able to eat chocolate again.
Sugar Does Not Cause Diabetes
Firstenberg begins by showing the actual intake of sugar throughout American history and looking at the rise of diabetes.
And guess what? They don't correlate.
He says that "the consumption of sugar in the U.S. had increased by only 17 percent between 1900 and 1917," but at the same time, mortality from diabetes nearly doubled.
Native Americans and Diabetes
He then goes on to look at the Native American Indians, one of the populations with the highest rate of diabetes in the world.
However, as he explains, Native Americans were moved to reservations at the end of the 19th century, and that's when they started eating a lot of white flour and sugar.
But diabetes and obesity did not appear on the reservations until the 1940s – half a century later. So it wasn't the white flour and sugar after all.
What changed? Electrification. American Indian reservations were not electrified until the latter half of the 20th century.
Americans Beat Brazilians in Diabetes
He goes on to look at Brazil, the sugar capital of the world. They eat more sugar than Americans. And yet we Americans have more than two and half times the rate of diabetes.
Diabetes Spiked in Bhutan After Electrification
Next he looks at Bhutan, one of the last countries in the world to be electrified. And diabetes was very rare.
And whaddya know? Diabetes spiked after they went electric.
By 2012, 84% of the rural households had electricity. And in 2010, diabetes had shot up to the 8th leading cause of death.
And oh yeah, they never changed their traditional diet.
Weston Price Diet?
I know what you're thinking. You're thinking, "This shoots a big hole in the whole Weston A. Price diet theory." Or any diet for that matter.
Don't get me wrong. I love the Weston Price diet. And I will continue to eat a traditional diet. I truly think is the healthiest diet.
However, there is no diet that can protect us, given the bioweapons we are being attacked with in this day and age.
This is why I am using all of the solutions that I talk about down below in the Products & Resources section.
Yes, all of them! I use chlorine dioxide every day. I drink silica water daily and I use it to cook with and make my morning coffee. I use zeolite. I drink the Hydro Shot. I am taking collagen. I wear the Lifewave patches every day, and intend to do so forever.
Because, let's face it, folks. Even if you didn't get the jab, people are shedding like crazy. Which means we are being infected with heavy metals.
And on top of that, we are being irradiated by electricity.

How Does Electrification Cause Diabetes?
But anyway, back to diabetes and obesity... why would electrification cause diabetes and a lethargic metabolism?
Scroll back up to where I was quoting that woman who posted on Facebook back in March of 2020. She said radiation removes oxygen from the atmosphere.
What she said stuck out to me because of my realization in early 2022 that antioxidants are not the answer.
I discovered this when I was researching heart disease. All the "experts" say that heart disease is caused by diet, and we need to eat anti-oxidants. This makes no sense.
And this exactly is what led me to my discovery of chlorine dioxide, which is a pro-oxidant, the opposite of an anti-oxidant. Meaning it oxygenates the cells.
Remember, the Deep State always tells us to do the opposite of what is good for us.
I keep thinking of that Alvy Singer quote from the movie, Annie Hall: "Sun is bad for you. Everything our parents said was good is bad. Sun, milk, red meat... college."
And we now know that Woody Allen is a pervert and a pedophile. So everything he said was wrong. Sun, milk, meat, college – all good.
Okay, okay, not leftist colleges – stay away from those – but you get the idea.
Oxidative Stress is a Lie
Seriously though, as Andreas Kalcker said in his book, Forbidden Health (which is currently banned on Amazon – which means it's probably full of truth,) if the mainstream medicine theory of "oxidative stress" were true, then athletes would be sicker than couch potatoes – because they are exposed to more oxygen.
What If Diabetes and Obesity Are a Lack of Oxygen?
So... what I said above earlier in the post was, what if diabetes and obesity are caused by a lack of oxygen in the cells, caused by EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies)?
Okay, with that in mind, let's continue looking at the chapter on diabetes in The Invisible Rainbow...
Stay with me... because I have solutions for you at the end of this post that are very exciting. In other words, no you do not have to become Amish and stop using a computer.
Diabetics Were Not Always Fat
Okay here is where it gets really cool... did you know that diabetes used to be a thin person's disease?
Yes! Diabetics were thin, not fat!
According to Firstenberg, there was no such thing as an obese diabetic. They were universally thin. It wasn't because they were eating too much sugar. It was because they couldn't properly make use of (metabolize) the food they were eating.
I'm gonna 'splain this so hang on... it makes so much sense!
The Cells Cannot Do Their Job
The reason that diabetics eventually became obese is because their cells' reduced ability to metabolize fats.
Firstenberg goes on to say, and this is SO GOOD...
"The linked failure of both carbohydrate and fat metabolism is a sign of disordered respiration in the mitochondria, and the mitochondria, we have seen, are disturbed by electromagnetic fields."
Do you see that? "Disordered respiration in the mitochondria."
What does that mean? It means, the cells are saying, "I can't breathe."
All Disease is a Lack of Energy
Guys, this is EXACTLY what Andreas Kalcker is saying!
Don't you love it when things come together? Suddenly it all makes sense.
In Forbidden Health, Kalcker said, "All diseases have something in common: All disease is a lack of energy."
And Firstenberg is saying the same thing in The Invisible Rainbow: "... the more severe the diabetes – the greater the reductions in all these measures of cellular respiratory capability."
In other words, there is a lack of energy.
As Kalcker explains in Forbidden Health, if you want to increase the power of an engine, you add oxygen, not take it away:
"...disease is a lack of energy, and to increase energy levels, we have to increase the quality and efficiency of combustion, something that depends on fuel, but also the amount of available oxygen. I like to make the comparison with engines, one of my favorite hobbies.
"To increase an engine’s power without increasing fuel consumption, we add a turbo compressor, which acts as a powerful fan, pushing more air with oxygen into the engine. When we do this, we double the engine power.
"Until now, researchers have overlooked the possibility of increasing the amount of available oxygen as a therapeutic solution in conventional medicine, with some exceptions, like ozone.
"Chlorine dioxide seems to increase the amount of available oxygen in the bloodstream after reacting, something we have confirmed scientifically with venous gas measurement tests. The increase in oxygen would be one explanation for the fast recoveries of so many people, from so many different diseases, as reported by thousands of testimonies."
Do the Opposite of What They Tell You
Wow, are you blown away right now? Because I am. My brain almost blew out of my skull when I came to this realization.
It's literally the EXACT OPPOSITE of what the Medical Industrial Complex tells us to do. Which means it's probably the right thing to do!
They tell us to eat tons of fruits and vegetables and take our vitamin C. Anti-oxidants. They tell us to wear a mask.
But none of that makes sense when we know that deep breathing from exercise is good for us.
Because in reality, we need MORE OXYGEN, not less!
I'm not saying don't eat fruits and vegetables. But I am saying it doesn't matter how many fruits and vegetables you eat, or how many vitamin C tablets you consume, if that is not the root of the problem.
More Proof That Diabetes is Caused by EMFs
Okay, okay, let's wrap this up so I can move on to the solutions at the end of the post.
Just a few more pages from the book...
Firstenberg doesn't stop there. He goes on to cite numerous examples of people being exposed to EMFs (radio waves) who became diabetic, with "seriously disturbed carbohydrate metabolism."
And then he goes in for the kill shot... This quote with the corresponding charts just knocked me over:
"As with heart disease, rural mortality from diabetes in the 1930s corresponded closely with rates of rural electrification, and varied as much as tenfold between the least and the most electrified states."
Guys, just look at these charts. The final nail in the coffin.
The mortality rate from diabetes increased sixteen-fold from the mid-1800s to 1920.
We went from 2 cases of diabetes per 1,000 people in 1917 to 69 cases in 2009.
As you can see on the next page, diabetes spiked nationwide in 1997.
A 31% increase in a single year. That was the year digital cell phones were released in America.
And now, over half of Americans have high blood sugar.
Okay, okay, are you not convinced by now? If you're not, you're either blind, you're not paying attention, or you're stubbornly obstinate.
Because the pattern is crystal clear.
One Final Story to Prove My Point
I just have to tell you this final story because of the way the puzzle pieces have come together.
This whole thing makes sense to me because my former father-in-law (I say former because of divorce – he is still alive) was one of the very healthiest people I knew who had the fastest metabolism I'd ever seen.
He would eat huge meals three times a day, plus mid-day snacks (cookies, candy) and he always ate sugary desserts. If diabetes and obesity were caused by sugar, he should have had both.
And the man never gained an extra pound. And he had tons of energy. Walked a lot, went golfing, traveled all over the world into his late 70s.
But he wasn't working out excessively. Just walking, and some golf, which is mostly walking. He would most of his days sitting, reading the paper, and napping.
Okay, yeah, I'll admit it, I was jealous. I love food, and I hate that I can't eat very much.
You know what was different about him? He never touched a computer or a cell phone. Refused to use them. Didn't even like to use an iPad to read the paper – he preferred the real thing.
He was so healthy. He didn't get sick until after his annual flu shots and then the COVID vaccine and subsequent boosters. That was when his cancer came back, kidney failure, started sleeping 17 hours a day, and he even fell down the stairs in the fall of 2021.
But of course, this makes sense, because of the metals (aluminum and mercury) and graphene oxide in the vaccines, which turned him into an antenna for EMFs.
This is Getting Depressing
And once you realize that this is true – it is radiation from electricity that is making us fat and diabetic – perhaps by now you're getting a little depressed. Because this is not something we can change.
Like, what in the H-E-double-hockey-sticks are we gonna do, man? Rip all the 5G towers down?
We're surrounded by electricity. Bathing in Wifi. We're doomed! You can't even find a real newspaper anymore!
But wait... I'm not done yet. Just like I promised, there is light at the end of this tunnel... there is a lot we can do.
We have the technology...

How to Stabilize Blood Sugar and Lose Weight
So this is the question... how do we stabilize our blood sugar and lose weight?
The answer is very simple: oxygenate the cells.
I'm so excited to share with you because everything is clicking. All the pieces in the jigsaw puzzle are coming together.
I am here to tell you that we CAN get back to being thin and healthy with normal blood sugar.
Not only that, but we can kick those crazy keto diets to the curb and go back to drinking wine and eating bread and sugar (hello, pizza, my old friend.)
And no, we don't have to become Amish and stop using a computer or cell phone.

Some Notes On Why I Recommend These Products
- When using chlorine dioxide, it works even better (synergistically) with silica water and/or zeolite. This is because chlorine dioxide removes heavy metals but it also oxygenates the cells.
- Silica and zeolite don't oxygenate the cells, however, they are binders, which bind with the heavy metals and take them out of the body, so they help to facilitate detox.
- It's important to also kill parasites because they feed on heavy metals.

Chlorine Dioxide
I've been singing the praises of this golden elixir, chlorine dioxide, or what I call "pool water" (to get around the censors,) for just over two years now.
And it has revolutionized my health like nothing ever has.
How Chlorine Dioxide Helped Me
At the end of 2021, I was exhausted and had multiple symptoms of what people call "Covid" but what I believe is actually heavy metal and EMF poisoning.
When we are loaded with heavy metals, we literally become antennae for radiation.

Here were my symptoms in late 2021:

- Heart palpitations
- Got winded going up stairs
- Dry eyes, which resulted in very watery eyes every morning
I did not get the shot, but I did hear that people were "shedding," so I assumed that is what it was.
I remember sitting next to a woman at a restaurant one time and she confided that she "just got the J&J." I smiled weakly in an attempt to cover up my shock and horror.
The next day, I had a bruise on my leg so big it covered my entire calf.
I have since come to believe that a person in my family who shall remain nameless got the shot in the fall of 2021, lied about it, and that is who was doing most of the shedding on me.
Anyway, it doesn't matter because we are all vaccinated now. The doctors who are doing live blood analysis are saying they are seeing clumps and clots in everyone's blood. Because this crap that was in the vaccines (and in the Chinese masks, and in the PCR tests) is very transmissible. We are talking about nano-particles, folks, and they are spread on the skin and in the air.
Anyway, I started drinking water with a little chlorine dioxide solution (AKA "CDS" or "pool water") added to it back in February of 2022, and literally every single one of my symptoms vanished within days.
Why Chlorine Dioxide Works
And now it makes perfect sense why it works. Chlorine dioxide is a gas with molecules that are smaller than nanoparticles, so it can go everywhere in the body and OXYGENATE the cells.
Not only that, but chlorine dioxide neutralizes heavy metals and other toxins in the body. Yes, including graphene oxide, which is what's in the vaccines, the masks and the test swabs.

Brain Damage
Sadly, I could not convince the vaxxed people in my family to drink the pool water, and now it's too late as they seem to have brain damage. Which is actually understandable when you realize that the heavy metals (graphene oxide) in the vaccine (and in the masks, and in the PCR swabs) build up in the hippocampus, which is why so many people lost their sense of smell and why so many people's personalities changed. Lack of empathy, loss of memory, and dwindling, fading humanity.
Very sad, indeed. But by learning about this, perhaps we have a better understanding as to why our vaxxed and boosted friends and family members have become so cold and distant and uncaring.
