How I'm Sleeping Only 5 Hours a Night
It's a little after 5:30 am. I've been up for 3 hours.
I'm just about to post a video update about my recent revelations.

How I'm Sleeping Only 5 Hours a Night
In a nutshell, I started drinking pool water one year ago, and at that time I had been adding silica to our water for a year or two.
Back in March 2022, within days of starting on the pool water, I found that I no longer needed eight hours of sleep per night. Suddenly, only needed 4-5 hours of sleep. And I would wake up with tons of energy. And I'd have energy all day long.
It wasn't like I was waking up and forcing myself to try to get out of bed. I literally could not lie there and sleep anymore. It would be 3 or 4 in the morning, and I was wide awake after only sleeping a maximum of 5 hours.
Then last summer, I stopped adding the silica to our water because I figured the pool water was all I needed. It was removing aluminum etc. from my body, so what was the point of adding silica (which also removes aluminum).
Last summer my husband said he wanted a divorce, which was extremely stressful. And we also got a new puppy.
So when I started needing more sleep, I postulated that that was why. I figured it was just all the stress. The stress continued through the rest of the year until this past January, when I had to move out of my home (my ex kept the house). And this whole time, I've been needing 8 hours of sleep.
This January was when I decided to try adding the silica back (in addition to my liter a day of pool water) and voila, back to sleeping 5 hours a night!
My Recent Biohacking Experiments
Today, March 24, marks two months since I started adding silica to my water again in addition to drinking the pool water.
Over the past couple of weeks, I tested a few other things and I want to share with you what happened.
Last week, we went camping for Spring Break. We stayed in a tent with no water or electricity. I knew I wasn't going to be able to take my pool water every day, since you have to keep it refrigerated.
So I decided to try an experiment and just drink water with sodium chlorite only. This is what I have recommended for people to give kids and pets, because you don't have to refrigerate it.
You see, we have hydrochloric acid in our stomach, so theoretically we only need to drink water with sodium chlorite added. Because the sodium chlorite in the water will react with the hydrochloric acid in our stomach and create the same chemical reaction that that chl0rine di0xide does.
So I packed a mason jar full of a highly concentrated mix of silica and sodium chlorite. I was adding that to our drinking and cooking water throughout the week.
Well, guess what? I started needing 8 hours of sleep again.
Of course, we were camping. And you know how it is when you are camping. You wake up with the light. And the spring mornings in a tent are cold.
I didn't want to have to wake up and start a fire in the dark, and my phone was often on its last dregs of battery life so I didn't have the option to lie there and read the news or do my French lessons.
So I didn't know if I really needed the full 8 hours or it was just due to camping.
I also didn't know whether this sodium chlorite / silica concentrated solution that I made was really working. Theoretically it should work, but I am not a chemist (far from it; I don't even remember taking chemistry in high school) and who knows what changes when you mix things differently. This is a chemical reaction, after all.
Okay, so last week, we got home from our trip and I went to help a friend of mine whose family has been sick on and off with chronic colds.
I went over there to bring her a batch of pool water and help her get started on it.
And then I realized that I accidentally left my hermetically sealed jar at her house. And then I needed to make more pool water. So I went in the garage and found a backup jar.
Only I wasn't really paying attention and the jar I found didn't have a silicone gasket on it. So the pool water batch I made was very weak.
Even though I was adding more than 30 ml of the solution to my liter bottles of water, I knew it wasn't working properly because I was still needing 8 hours of sleep a night.
So yesterday it occurred to me, why not just try the activated drops? I have been binge-watching Kerri Rivera videos on Rumble and Bitchute. She says they don't use the Andreas Kalcker pool water method with the autistic kids – they just use the Jim Humble style activated drops.
I was always nervous to try the activated drops because I had heard friends of mine who had bad "herx" (detox) reactions.
But I was starting to feel desperate. Not only has this past few weeks been very tough emotionally (due to divorce – it's taking a heavy emotional toll on the kids) but I am under the gun to work so I can start making money. My ex is only giving me rent money for one year.
I really needed to claw back that extra 3 hours a day so I could work while my kids are sleeping.
So yesterday I did it. I took 3 activated drops in a large glass of water first thing in the morning. And then just before lunch, I prepared a liter bottle of water and added 3 more activated drops to that. I drank that throughout the day.
This is my filtered water with added silica that I am drinking and cooking with.
And I was tired by 9 pm so I went to bed and was asleep by 9:30.
And I woke up at 12:30 and realized I had only slept 3 hours. So I went back to sleep and woke up again by 3 am.
It worked.
I'm so excited, you guys!
Like, yeah, life is still very, very hard for me and my kids right now. But figuring out how to sleep only 5 hours a night. That's a gift from God.
I could not be happier this morning.
Anyway, I'll be posting a video update later this morning after I take my kids to school.
If you've been thinking about trying the pool water and/or silica water (the combo is really the best thing) maybe it's time.
What's Next?
Okay, before I run I just want to add that I'm going to continue with my biohacking with the other things I recommend: collagen, zeolite, etc.
This morning after I drop my kids, I'm going to work on a short e-book that will cover the top 10 things I recommend to revolutionize your health. Hopefully I'll have that out next week.
This whole experience has been a blessing. If I hadn't stopped adding the silica to my water, I would have never figured this out.
I can only imagine what is going to happen when I start adding MORE collagen, more zeolite, etc.
