6 Nutritional Supplements I Can't Live Without

In this post, I share with you the 6 supplements I can't live without. Two of them are literally just water. Super cheap! But these are some of the most powerfully effective supplements I have ever used.

My History With Nutritional Supplements

Over the years, I have taken a wide variety of different supplements. More than you can imagine.

Or maybe you can. Maybe you've been on the same road. Like many of you, I have been on a natural health journey for decades.

Most of those vitamin supplements ended up in what we call "The Supplement Graveyard."

Why? Because they just didn't work. I didn't see benefits. And it was too much of a hassle to take them for so little benefit.

Let's be honest. Few of us really enjoy taking supplements. I'd much rather eat food.

Why Nutritional Supplements Are Critical Right Now

Over the years, I have never really taken a lot of nutritional supplements, because I have been very healthy and I eat pretty well.

But in this day and age, I cannot live without a few certain supplements. I say this because when I stop taking them, I notice a huge difference.

I believe there are many reasons for this:

1. So many people who are jabbed up and shedding.
2. We are being poisoned in a bunch of other ways, now more than ever (via our food, our water, our cookware, chem trails, etc.)
3. The stress of the past three years is taking a toll on all of our health.

I felt pretty normal and perfectly healthy up until 2021. That's when I started noticing my health declining. After the roll out of the quackzines. That's when I started noticing changes in my health, especially after spending time around other people.

The supplements I am taking now completely eliminated my symptoms.

The 6 Supplements I Can't Live Without

‌‌Here are the 6 supplements I am currently taking and cannot live without... in other words I don't go a day without taking these 5 supplements.

1. Water Purified with Chl0rine Di0xide (1 liter per day)

I call this "pool water" as a way to get around the censors. As you can see, I misspelled the term chl0rine di0xide, using zeros instead of os.

I do this on purpose, because if you Google it, it is very banned and censored by the internet gods. If you use DuckDuckGo, you get a very different picture.

The fact that they are censoring this is absolutely ridiculous because you can buy a chl0rine di0xide kit from Amazon, or at any sporting goods or camping store. People have been using it for decades to purify their water when they go backpacking.

Seeing how you can still buy it on Amazon, why are they censoring it exactly? It's not dangerous. If it were dangerous, you wouldn't be allowed to buy it. They are censoring it because it works.

And check this out... when you look at this chl0rine di0xide kit on Amazon, they suggest that you order it with the hermetically sealed glass jar and shot glasses:

This is exactly what we use to make pool water! This is how I recommend to do it in my recipe – the Andreas Kalcker method.

It's funny because as much as Big Tech tries to censor (Amazon banned Andreas Kalcker's book) – the aglorithm is betraying them.

What is Pool Water (Water Purified with Chl0rine Di0xide)?

Chl0rine di0xide is just 2 chemicals: sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid. When you mix them together, they cause a chemical reaction.

This is exactly the same reaction that happens in your stomach when you eat food.

Here's the basic explanation:

1. Sodium chlorite is a form of salt. Sodium chloride is table salt. Sodium chlorite (with a t instead of a d) is salt that has had an electrical current applied (similar to ocean water).

2. Hydrochloric acid is what we have in our stomachs. Dogs and cats have like 10 times more stomach acid than humans, which is why they can eat rotten food and not get sick. Vultures have like 100 times more acid.

If you were to eat food preserved in salt, which is what we humans did for thousands of years prior to refrigeration, the natural ocean water salt (sodium chlorite) would mix with your stomach acid (hydrochloric acid) and this would then purify the water in throughout your body.

It's almost like God designed it to work this way. Not almost. This is exactly how He designed it.‌

Why Drink Pool Water (Water Purified with Chl0rine Di0xide)?

I believe everyone should be taking it every day, especially now, because our water is so contaminated, including the water inside our bodies.

Remember, our bodies are made up of 60% water.

When you think about the fact that our bodies are made of primarily water, this leads you to think about what happens to standing water that is not oxygenated.

Stagnant, standing water gets overrun with bacteria and parasites. As President Trump said, We need to "drain the swamp."

My Experience with Pool Water (Chl0rine Di0xide)

I started drinking water with chl0rine di0xide added a little over a year ago and I can't believe how good I feel.

Here are some of the health benefits I am experiencing with chl0rine di0xide:

1. All of my symptoms from being around quackzine shedders went away. These symptoms included chronic phleghm, heart palpitations, trouble going up stairs, chronic fatigue, pain in chest, trouble breathing, needing a lot of sleep.
2. My grey hair was disappearing. I believe this was due to taking chl0rine di0xide along with silica water; it was the combination of the two – see the next section on silica water, below. When I stopped doing the silica water along with the chl0rine di0xide, the grey hair started coming back.
3. I only need 5 hours of sleep a night instead of 8. Again, this is only when I am doing both chl0rine di0xide and silica water. See the next section below.
4. My wrinkles were fading. Again, the combo of the two. Wrinkles started coming back after I stopped adding silica to my water. See below.

How to Supplement with Pool Water (Chl0rine Di0xide)

2. Silica Water (2 liters per day)

Next on the list of the 5 supplements I cannot live without is silica water.

I've been adding silica to my water for a few years now – ever since I read Dennis Crouse's book. Silica Water the Secret of Healthy Blue Zone Longevity in the Aluminum Age.

I highly recommend this book!

It is important to note that it wasn't until I started drinking BOTH silica water and chl0rine di0xide that I had a huge breakthrough in my health.

So I really recommend doing both. If you could carve out an extra 3 hours a day in productive time, why not?

And these things are extremely cheap. Of course, that's why they don't want you to know about it.

How to Supplement with Silica Water

How I Drink Silica Water

I drink about 1.5 to 2 liters per day cumulatively of silica water.

I am not a big water drinker so I use my homemade silica water to do the following:

1. I use silica water to make pool water (see above, Pool Water or Chl0rine Di0xide).
2. I use silica water to make coffee and herbal tea. I don't recommend drinking a lot of regular tea (black or green) because it is high in fluoride. But herbal tea is great, especially if you don't like drinking plain water.

Here's how I make my herbal iced tea:

1. Fill a container with homemade silica water.          

2. Add a sachet of either fresh herbs (chamomile, mint, or the like) or storebought herbal tea.‌              

3. Set the container in the sun to steep, or you can just let it steep in the fridge. In the fridge it will take longer than if you put it in the sun.

I find that if I drink at least 1 liter of silica water as pool water, and at least another half to one liter as coffee and herbal tea, IN ADDITION TO the pool water, I get the benefits I was telling you about – my grey hair and wrinkles start to fade and I only need 5 hours of sleep a night.

However, if I only do one or the other – only pool water or only silica water – I don't get the amazing results.

I believe it's the oxygenation of the chl0rine di0xide that is driving the silica into my cells. I'm not a doctor or a chemist, but I am living breathing proof that this works. I challenge you to give it a shot yourself.

3. Bella Grace Collagen Elixir (2 packets per day)

I found Bella Grace Collagen Elixir last summer (2022).

This was right after I found out that Vital Proteins had recently been bought by Nestle. Ugh!‌  So many companies have been bought out by the Deep State.  And now Vital Proteins as well.

Anyway, it's fine because Bella Grace is so much better than any other brand. I don't believe there is any collagen on the market as good as this one.

It also contains high levels of vitamin C from axtazanthin (6,000 times more vitamin C than oranges) which you need to absorb/utilize collagen. This one also contains cat's claw which helps to repair cell damage.

And as we age and are fighting stress and shedders, I think we should all be taking collagen plus vitamin C.

I started taking the packets last summer – 2 a day. And then I was going through divorce and moving all last fall so things were crazy. I stopped taking it for that reason. Just stress and moving, etc.

It was hard enough just to keep up with my pool water routine. Of course, the one weekend I went off the pool water, and was around a bunch of people at a conference, I got sick.

Anyway, I'm back on 2 packs a day and will continue indefinitely.

It is a form of highly concentrated silica extracted zeolite, along with seawater. So I think it probably works a lot like the pool water + silica.

However, I do not know if it would work as powerfully as my pool water + silica combo. I have never tried it on its own. And because the pool water + silica is so cheap and effective, I am sticking with that.

How to Take These Supplements

It is important to take the Root Brands products and Bella Grace collagen separately from the pool water – at least one hour apart. This is because the chl0rine di0xide is an oxidizer and the Root Brands and Bella Grace products all contain anti-oxidants.
